-I was in 13th row center, a bit to left for this one - sound is real nice: "A-" -a couple technical glitches in set 2: a burst of DAT static as it begins; tracks 3-5 are same tune - I realized I was going to run out of tape before show was over so I was attempting to switch in to LP mode during the tune to save time and it caused a couple fade outs which causes the tracking to change on the TASCAM; the last song unfortunately does get cut due to no tape left -this show awas great - a bit mellow at times. Habib was the only one that I was familiar with musically, but the other 2 were great too: both have incredible voices - combine that with Habib's guitar playing and his and Dobet's bands and her dancing and if you like world music you need this show!
-another in my world music series. was wondering if anyone taped Youssou 'N' Dour on his US tour last year? My recording bombed out after 30 mins. would love to see one seeded on DIME!
