Ingredients (4-6 people):

• 1 / 4 kilo of lobster

• 1 / 4 liter of olive oil (for rice)
• For bottom fish:
• 2 kg. trash
• 2 cloves of garlic
• 6 large peppers
• 1 sachet of saffron,
• Tomato natural
• Salt
• Water for boiling
Steps:
Step 1: For the bottom fish, take the garlic and tomato and fry. Add the saffron and throw a bowl with boiling water indicated.
