Hacemos cóvers originales: primero confeccionamos la pista original de una canción determinada, después le agregamos efectos, ritmos, ruidos, la reordenamos, en fin, hacemos un remix, y más adelante, en vivo y en estudio, la aderezamos y le damos el poder necesario con la guitarra eléctrica y las percusiones. Por otro lado también componemos algunas rolas o hacemos cóvers con variaciones rítmicas e instrumentales de las piezas originales. La Internacional Sonora Balkanera surgió en la Colonia Del Valle el 29 de agosto de 2008 en la "Destrampada Profesional" organizada por DJ Sultán, para la cual finalmente se concretó un encuentro/palomazo que desde tiempo atrás habían procurado tanto él, como el percusionista Chukupaka! y el guitarrista Watty, también conocido como Wally o MegaWatty.

Desde entonces se han presentado en la primera y segunda Gran Disko Balkan, en el Circo Volador y en diversos foros alternos, presentando su coctel sonoro en el que predominan las versiones de rolones de Goran Bregovic, DJ Shantel, Gaetano Fabri, Spitfire, La Zikabilo y otros maestrazos de las tendencias balcánicas y gitanas. Destellos de cumbia, funk y son también se dejan escuchar entre la euforia y esquizofrenia balcánica.

We create original covers: first, we craft the original track of a specific song, then we add to it some sound effects, rhythms, noises, tweaks and we rearrange it, in other words, we make a remix. Further on, live and at studio, we give full power to the track via electric guitar and percussions. On the other hand, we also create some original songs and make conventional covers of rock classics with rhythmic and melodic variations.

La Internacional Sonora Balkanera was founded in the Del Valle sector (Mexico City) on August 29th 2008 at the "Destrampada Profesional" organized by DJ Sultán. There, a long awaited jam with the percussionist Chukupaka! and guitar player Watty (a.k.a. Wally or MegaWatty) finally took place.

Since then they have played in the fist and second Gran Disko Balkan, at Circo Volador's Festival de la Juventud and in several alternative venues, presenting their sound cocktail with versions of great songs by Goran Bregovic, DJ Shantel, Gaetano Fabri, Spitfire, La Zikabilo and other great masters of Balkan and gypsy trends. Among the balkanic euphoria and schizophrenia, some funk, cumbia and son melodies and beats can also be heard.
